By downloading, installing, or using HomeMed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

HomeMed is strictly an informational and organizational tool designed to help you track household medicine inventory and expiry dates. HomeMed is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a certified physician or healthcare professional for medical questions and before taking any medications.

HomeMed offers optional premium features under 'HomeMed Pro' (including automated cloud backups, cross-device sync, and an ad-free experience):

• Billing: Subscriptions (Monthly, Annual) and one-time Lifetime purchases are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Account Management: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage, change, or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play Store Account Settings.
• Refunds & Restores: Payments and refund requests are governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Google Play Terms. You can restore previous purchases anytime using the 'Restore' button on the paywall screen.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information entered into HomeMed (including dosages, expiration dates, reminders, and inventory quantities). Devasya Innovations is not responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from incorrect data entry, device notification failures, or reliance on the application.

When enabling Google Drive backups, you agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and securing your credentials.

HomeMed is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
