Notio is provided as a free platform to facilitate communication via digital notice boards. You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Notio allows users to post notices, comments, and other digital content ("User-Generated Content"). To ensure a safe environment for all users, we enforce strict content guidelines.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You agree not to post, share, or transmit any content that:
• Is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or an invasion of a right of privacy of another person.
• Is bigoted, hateful, or racially or otherwise offensive.
• Is violent, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise sexually explicit.
• Encourages criminal conduct or violates any local, state, national, or international law.

To enforce our zero-tolerance policy, Notio provides built-in safety features:

• Reporting: Users can flag any notice or comment as inappropriate using the "Report" feature within the App.
• Blocking: Users can instantly block other users. Once blocked, the abusive user's content will immediately be hidden from the blocking user's feed.
• Developer Action: Devasya Innovations actively monitors reports. We commit to reviewing reported content and acting within 24 hours.
• Enforcement: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to instantly remove any content that violates these terms and to permanently suspend or terminate the accounts of users who post objectionable content, without prior notice.

All original content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding User-Generated Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Devasya Innovations.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Devasya Innovations makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devasya Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the App or any User-Generated Content posted by others.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document or by providing notice within the App.
