We collect different types of information depending on whether you are using the MotoSeva Booking App (as a vehicle owner) or the MotoSeva Garage App (as a workshop owner/mechanic).

A. Personal Information
• Account Information: Name, phone number, email address, profile picture.
• Garage Partner Information (Garage App): Legal business name, owner/contact person details, GST number, workshop address, trade license details, and identity verification documents.

B. Vehicle & Service Data (Booking & Garage Apps)
• Vehicle details including brand, model, registration (RC) number, vehicle type, and photos.
• Service booking history, digital inspection reports, job cards, repair estimates, and invoices.

C. Location Data
• Precise Location (GPS): We collect precise GPS location data to find nearby verified workshops, calculate service distances, coordinate doorstep pickup/drop logistics, and set garage service radiuses.
• Location data is collected when the app is in use or running in the background when active logistics/services are in progress.

D. Device & Technical Information
• FCM Device Tokens for push notifications.
• Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, and app usage/performance diagnostics.

E. Camera & Storage Access
• Camera & Photo Library Permissions: Required to capture or upload vehicle inspection photos, workshop photos, proof of premises, trade licenses, or receipts.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

1. Service Provision & Management: To facilitate bike and car service bookings, manage job cards, generate digital inspection reports, and issue digital invoices.
2. Connecting Customers & Workshops: To share necessary booking and vehicle details between vehicle owners and selected workshop partners.
3. Push Notifications & Communication: To send real-time service updates, status changes, booking confirmations, and operational checks (e.g., overtime workshop active status prompts).
4. Logistics & Navigation: To display workshop locations, compute pickup/drop distances, and optimize mechanic dispatch.
5. Safety & Verification: To verify workshop authenticity, prevent fraud, enforce platform terms, and ensure service quality.
6. Customer Support & Improvements: To diagnose technical issues, analyze usage trends, and improve our mobile applications.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only under the following circumstances:

• Between Users (Customers & Workshops): When a customer places a booking, necessary details (name, phone number, vehicle info, pickup address) are shared with the assigned garage partner to complete the service.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party providers for infrastructure, data storage, and app functionalities:
- Supabase & Firebase (Google Cloud): Authentication, real-time database, cloud storage, and FCM push notifications.
- Google Maps API: Location mapping and distance calculations.
• Legal & Regulatory Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or government requests, or to protect the safety and rights of MotoSeva, our users, or the public.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. All network communications are encrypted via SSL/TLS (HTTPS).

• Push Notifications: You can manage or disable push notification permissions at any time through your iOS or Android system settings.
• Location Permissions: You can grant, restrict, or revoke location access settings on your mobile device.
• Account & Data Deletion: You may request account deletion or correction of your personal data by contacting our support team at support@motoseva.in. Upon verification, we will permanently delete or anonymize your data unless retention is required by applicable legal obligations.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and through in-app notifications.
