At Devasya Innovations, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. GlideBar ("the Application") is engineered with an offline-first, local-only architecture.

2. Zero Personal Data Collection

GlideBar does not collect, record, track, transmit, or monetize any personal information, browsing history, typing habits, or device analytics. We have zero tracking SDKs and zero third-party data brokers.

3. System Permissions & Usage

GlideBar requests specific macOS permissions exclusively for real-time assistive functionality:

• Accessibility (AXUIElement): Used solely to detect the frontmost active application and display its contextual menu bar actions. GlideBar does not log or store keystrokes.
• Apple Events (Automation): Used strictly to query open tab titles in Safari and send standard media commands (Play/Pause/Scrub) to Safari, Apple Music, and Spotify.

4. Network & Cloud Transmission

All calculations, audio volume monitoring, and media scrubbing operations are executed entirely on-device in volatile memory. No external network requests or cloud telemetry are made by GlideBar.
