Your wellness data is yours alone. Shwas Guru computes and stores your session logs, streaks, and exhalation capacity results 100% locally on your device. We do not use cloud syncing or tracking of any form — just your personal practice.
* Practice Logs: Information about your sessions, such as duration, ratios, time, and date of practice.
* Exhalation Capacity: Results from your onboarding capacity test, which helps customize baseline breath durations.
* User Settings: Custom ratios, session reminders, sound choices, and level progressions.
All information entered into the app is stored locally on your mobile device. We do not run background servers, and your breathwork statistics never leave your device.
* Notifications: Required only to trigger custom daily session reminders if you choose to enable them.
If you uninstall the app or clear its cache or data in your device settings, all locally stored breathing statistics and progress logs will be permanently deleted. Since data is stored only on-device, it cannot be recovered after deletion.
